She is passionate about creating workplaces that engage people, are inclusive and achieve results. She has developed a methodology that works to create individual and team accountability even during times of change and transition. Some of her accomplishments consists of developing regional health care systems to improve outcomes for women and children; took start-up manufacturing company internationally; developed about 45 patents and trademarks, and currently developing a training model to heal our companies and employees--going beyond Diversity and Inclusion to Healing. Lois is: Dedicated to developing leaders · Coaching successful leaders to become better and to change their lives for the better · Creating effective, connected ecosystems · Working in multi-cultural environments to build cohesive and high performing teams  Lois grew up in Japan and has extensive experience building multi-national business partnerships. She understands the challenge posed by culture and language differences and has developed methodologies for navigating through these challenges.
