That negative inner voice we all have is part of having a brain - we can get stuck in this headspace when emotions are intense, when we are stuck in rumination, or focus on the problem. Negativity can fall into 4 categories;1) Personalizing2) Magnifying 3) Catastrophizing4) Polarizing You first have to recognize it, then you can work on turning this inner voice to be more positive with tools and practices in place.In this episode, I chat with you about the tools you can start using to let go of that negative inner voice once and for all with time and practice.
