🎧 LET HIM CRY – LIFE HAPPENS PODCAST “Men don’t cry.” “Be strong.” “Man up.” These are the words that echo in the hearts of many boys and men,these words that silence them, that strip them of softness, that condition them to believe their tears are weakness. But what if we stopped saying that? In this deeply emotional episode of LIFE HAPPENS PODCAST, I created a safe space for every man who’s been told to “toughen up.” This isn’t just another conversation. It’s a sanctuary. A mirror. A warm hug wrapped in words. It’s for the men who cry in silence, who break behind closed doors and who’ve carried pain without permission to speak. This episode is for the brothers, the sons, the good men I know—the ones who’ve been strong for too long. It’s a reminder that you are allowed to feel. You are allowed to say “I’m tired,” “I’m not okay,” “I need help.” Your pain is valid. Your emotions are real. And no, it does not make you weak. I talked about what nobody talks about: male abuse, heartbreak, sexual violence, depression, anxiety and the silence surrounding it all. I addressed the stereotypes that keeps men from healing and the shame that comes with vulnerability. And to every man listening, especially my friends I want you to know: I see you, I hear you and I love you. And to the women listening, this is our call to do better. Let’s stop mocking men for expressing themselves. Let’s stop calling them too emotional. Let’s start creating safe spaces. Let’s be part of their healing, not the reason they stay broken.
