Let Israel Finish the Fight With a Ground Invasion
from Stinchfield with Grant Stinchfield · host Grant Stinchfield
Iran is playing us. We should now let Israel take the lead with boots on the ground as we support them from the air. The ceasefire bought Iran exactly what it wanted: time. By lifting the blockade, we surrendered our greatest source of leverage. Now the Iranian regime is doing what it has always done. It's stalling, rebuilding, rearming, and once again launching attacks while pretending to negotiate in good faith. Enough. The reality is this regime will never change because the problem isn't just Iran. The problem is the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps and the radical clerics who have ruled through terror for more than four decades. As long as they remain in power, peace is an illusion. I lay out why I believe it's time to stop chasing temporary ceasefires and start pursuing a permanent solution. That includes a bold strategy: seize Kharg Island, where the overwhelming majority of Iran's oil exports flow, cutting off the regime's financial lifeline. Then back Israel with overwhelming American air power while Israel leads the ground fight to take Tehran and dismantle the IRGC once and for all. It's a controversial proposal, but I'll explain why I believe continuing the current strategy only guarantees more war later. Plus, the Supreme Court delivers a mixed bag. One ruling gets it badly wrong while another reaffirms the Constitution. We break down both decisions and what they mean for the future of the country. Sponsors 1.
