My guest this week is University of Memphis Head Football Coach Ryan Silverfield.   For those who live in Memphis or follow U of M Football, do you remember when Ryan was named interim head coach and how he made it known he wanted the job? He didn’t hold back. He went all-in, letting everyone know.
