Let It Out!

Please, please, please DO NOT keep what your feeling, questions, burdens you feel inside when we have a loving Father who desires to hear your heart and what concerns you! Psalms 62:8 literally says to "pour out your heart before him. God is our refuge," which is where I'm taking this episode from. It's actually a simple message, cry, scream, yell, throw stuff in a SAFE place, ask questions, let your emotions out before God! And find your safe places, which are people you know you can be vulnerable with and they won't judge you, but will also not justify any dysfunction either. It's okay not to be okay.
