Over the last year, I have had the awesome privilege of getting to know Tracie Sponenberg. Tracie is smart, humble, and very knowledgable in the HR space. I have learned that we have many things in common and our biggest commonality is that we are both introverts. Despite this, we are able to build relationships, champion for the people in our organizations, network and speak publicly.
