Your Body is not the Enemy Sometimes it's telling us something we need to hear and we aren't sure what its saying but we have to learn to listen. Working through letting go of resentment and anger towards the body, and viewing sensitivity from a new lens. Being Psychic and communicating with Spirit is not just sensitive in the mind and energy, its a full body experience and this episode is about my difficult acceptance that maybe I'll never be "normal" and maybe that's actually a good thing and how I'm learning to accommodate my needs to heal my body.
