Are we showing up as our truest selves? Is there a gap between what we say and how we appear? Whether it is a color, a name, or a story we tell, every piece of who we are carries meaning. Sometimes, we have to try something different to remember who we have always been.This episode is a reminder that transformation does not always require a grand gesture.
