#LetItBe - S1E35

In Episode 35 of the “High Regard Show,” “#LetItBe,” we ask the question, "What the hell's with #GiveCaptianAmericaABoyfriend and #GiveElsaAGirlfriend?" Is this what our political correctness has bought us to? Sure, there are many people who should be upset their gender or sexuality is not represented, and we can totally support that, but if you take a story or character that does not belong to you and impose your ideology on it through social media, is not noble, but rather it makes you a thief and a bully. You want representation? Instead of hashagging it, try going out and creating something of your own. If you can't invest real time in your cause, why should anyone else? And Hollywood has proven it just can't get this issue right, so it's up to us — and you — to do it. If you were going to try and steal a superhero, I think we can agree you missed your opportunity when Ben Affleck took over the Batman role.
