Dr. Sonal Patel is a trained pediatrician and NICU doctor as well as a parent of 4 boys!  She is married to her college sweetheart and after living through Hurricane Katrina, she was 6 months pregnant and activated in a horrible hurricane. She hates the phrase, "bounce back" because you aren't bouncing back to anything. You are a totally different person now, you are a mom and we need to allow ourselves to be that new person.
