Randi Bevington is such a joy to call my friend. We have been friends for over 20 years and from day one, I have thought she was a badass. As a mama of two littles, she has proven that she truly is. Her quote, "we are always managing relationships" really hit me hard because that's exactly what we do as moms. We are always managing relationships and those relationships are constantly changing. WOW. That's exhausting and frustrating because just when you think you have things figured out, the world, you or the other person in the relationship changes.
