Let's Be Real - Mama Journeys - Episode 73 W/Jenny Robbins

Jenny Robbins is a mental health counselor at South Platte Counseling. She is a mom of 2 boys with only one on this earth. She was first a young mom at the age of 20 and a college student and also an older mom at the age of 37!  She was part of a network of moms with her second son and without that group, she couldn't have been strong enough to get through the death of her first son 11 years ago. As a therapist who specializes in grief and trauma, she helps people move forward after a deep loss. She wishes she would have realized how fast it all goes and to enjoy every moment and be "in" it.  She wishes she would have known this more as a younger mom but she knows it now!
