It’s the last 60 days of the year and there’s always an enthusiasm towards the new year cause it gives us a sense of hope that we are given another chance at things we wish to accomplish but if we’ve tried many times and failed, let this time be different and let’s try a different approach where we fix the root and build a solid foundation on which we can easily build sustainable routines and habits that will take us effortlessly towards our goals! In the coming few weeks I’ll be sharing some important mindset shifts that you can work on before the year starts!
