The past three episodes have been all about the science (which I love) but I wanted to catch up with you all this week and have a chat. In this short episode I talk about something very new to me - going without makeup - cold turkey! I feel that it is a societal expectation to wear makeup, and to be honest, I don't think I would wear makeup if this wasn't the case. I want to challenge this idea within myself and see where it takes me. I want to feel empowered and beautiful in my own skin in all occasions.
