Let’s Celebrate

Jesus saved the wedding celebration by turning water into wine! (John 2:1-11) This coming July, God willing, I will be attending a wedding in California. As I get older, I don’t travel great distances anymore, but gathering with my family for another grandson’s wedding encourages me. To witness a young couple declare their love for one another before God, family, and friends is a cause for great joy. I’m praying that they find peace by letting God guide them through the happy and sad times. Our Lord first made Eve the perfect companion for Adam and through them He instituted marriage (Genesis 2:18). “There is no more lovely, friendly and charming relationship, communion or company than a good marriage” - Martin Luther
