Let's Chat Mental Health: How our Language Aligns Us to Our Purpose | Speaking Our Truths with Care
from Support, Protect, Empower - The Project Purpose Podcast · host Rachelle Innocent
#MentalHealth #Language #Purpose Hello Everyone, Welcome to our second segment on Mental Health, this week 😊 In today's episode, we are discussing the juxtaposition between the language we use and how it aligns us to our sense of ability or purpose. Our words have the ability to set us up for success, or failure, a lesson many of us have learned with time. Our overall mental health is either supported and sustained by the language we use, or sometimes, we recognize that we have a role to play, in the struggles we face regarding our mental health. When it comes to the challenges we face, or the goals we set in life, the biggest indicator of our ability to push through, is our sense of belief, and how our language aligns. To see a change, be the change, by first speaking that change into existence. #MentalHealth #Language #Ability #Narrative #Healthy #Mindful #Alignment Do you have any questions?
