The #1 Reason It's Easy to Play the Blame Game Before we drop the blame game to lose weight now let's first look at why it's so easy to fall into the trap where you're blaming people, places and things outside of yourself for why you're struggling to stop overeating and lose weight. The #1 reason it's easy to blame is because it's easier to eat than it is to look at yourself. It's easier to comfort eat than it is to feel your emotions. It's easier to use food to soothe than it is to get real and take full responsibility for your results. Food is Easy, Change can be Hard Food is easy and change can be hard. Change can be especially hard if you don't have the support of a professional coach, but it's only through change that you'll be able to get the weight off and keep it off. Change is required to let emotional eating go, to stop binge eating , and to end yo-yo dieting. Change is required to leave your comfort zone and lose weight for good. You can change if you want to, you really can! But you'll need to drop the blame game in order to change because as long as you blame others, you won't be empowered to change.
