Claude Silver is an optimist, coach, manager, and mentor. She's the first ever Chief Heart Officer of VaynerMedia working for 800 humans.  The CHO was created to scale Gary, and to make sure that VaynerMedia’s 800+ employees—and one day it will be 1,000+—have a place they can find a home. Claude's hope is that in her 15-30 minute meetings, people will feel a lot clearer and leave with a newfound path to a solution. That in turn, creates success for them and VaynerMedia.
