Let's Make A Song #13 - "Space-Folk"
from Let's Make A Song
In Episode 13 of Let's Make A Song, we embark on a retro sci-fi musical journey! Starting with acoustic guitar chords inspired by the vastness of space travel, I layer in an inquisitive bass line that adds a sense of curiosity and adventure. To ground this cosmic exploration, I bring in folk-style drums, creating a rhythm that feels timeless yet otherworldly. The lyrics are a love letter to vintage science fiction, capturing themes of discovery, the unknown, and humanity’s eternal quest to connect across the stars. It’s a creative blend of folk, spacey vibes, and storytelling that will transport you to another dimension. Whether you’re a musician, a songwriter, or just a fan of unique and imaginative sounds, this episode offers a look into the creative process of turning cosmic ideas into a complete song.
