Let's play a game ,..lol.    It's called... WHAT AM I ACTUALLY DOING? hahaha !    Am I repressing this ( unconsciously pushing down ). Suppressing this ... ( consciously pushing down unwanted energy and emotions ) ... Or .... Am I running completely ... lol. ( Distracting or straight numb to what is going on ..       All of these involve some form of pushing things that need to be cleared out of the moment you are in ... for fear of what they are trying to show you .... Today we talk about how this game changed my life... and is now changing the lives of all who are will to answer the questions honestly ..
