Let’s Sound Off - HR on TikTok

The first time content from @Peopleculturecollective started showing up in my TikTok feed, I was hooked and I knew that I had to have Veronica Sargeant as a guest on my show.   Veronica is a Fintech HR Leader who is passionate about Diversity and Inclusion and Leadership Development in both corporate and startup environments. She has held HR positions in a variety of industries, including FMCG, professional services, hospitality, manufacturing, and mining and her philosophy on HR as a function is to "nurture people to nurture talent."   Navigating social media as an HR professional can be difficult, especially when you are trying to be both engaging and funny (something HR is not known for).
