Let's Talk About Divorce

Today on our podcast we are taking a break from our stewardship series to talk about something that rarely gets discussed in this kind of forum. We’re going to talk about divorce. While no one likes divorce, it happens almost as commonly inside of the church as it does outside of the church and because of that, we need to learn how to care for each other through it. Susan has been a part of New North for six years now. She’s a writer who specializes in parenting, education, and women’s issues and has been writing about these things for over thirty years. Recently Susan started a public Facebook group to launch “Single Minded Parenting” – a resource for parents who are raising children alone. She hopes to eventually create an online comprehensive resource, but right now you can join the Facebook group and also read her singleminded parenting blog posts.
