Let's Talk About Suicide

This episode, so far, is the most challenging for me since starting this journey of podcasting. This is because it is more like my life's story and it is also a sensitive topic. However sensitive it is, this is a topic that needs to be talked about. Have you ever had issues with depression or even had suicidal thoughts/attempts?
