Podcast Notes: Imani Grant of The Weekend Soiree Description: Imani is the co-founder of The Weekend Soiree, a lifestyle and travel company which host annual 4-day retreats for #dope, queer, multicultural womxn. She is also the founder of Infinite Ag, a B2B marketplace for produce buyers and sellers.   Imani has more than 10 years of client services experience including five years as a Management Consultant with AT Kearney in their Food and Beverage Practice. Her experience spans North and South America, Europe, Asia, and Africa; and across corporate strategy, food service strategy, profitability improvement, business operations and sales force management. Prior to consulting, she focused on advising clients on how to spend their advertising dollars to generate the greatest ROI.   Imani has coached historically marginalized groups -- women, African Americans and LGBTQ+ individuals -- on how to be successful when perceived differences create very real barriers to success. There is no such thing as spare time, but in her intentional time she consults small food companies, coaches MBA students, and offers “Pick My Brain” sessions with new startups.   Imani holds an MBA from Cornell University and a BA from Temple University.
