The idea of hiking in the winter is pretty ambitious. Planning to hike over 1200 miles in the winter – CRAZY! That is just what Emily Steuer set out to do in January this year. Am I calling her crazy – nope, I call her BRAVE! Emily is someone who challenges herself on a regular basis.
