Martine Hauwert ontving Maurits Drenth van ECHT Onderwijs in Let's Talk Business. Oprichter Maurits Drenth is voormalig leerkracht in Rotterdam en al ruim tien jaar actief binnen de onderwijssector. Hij is ECHT Onderwijs gestart met een duidelijke missie: meer diversiteit voor de klas. Hij heeft namelijk de sterke overtuiging dat kennis en kunde van 'buiten de sector' het onderwijs inspireert en de kwaliteit verrijkt. Dat is makkelijker gezegd dan gedaan. Enerzijds weet het talent van 'buiten de sector' niet automatisch de weg naar het onderwijs te vinden. Anderzijds is het van belang om het kwaliteitsniveau van ons onderwijssysteem hoog te houden en te bewaken. Dat vraagt om inzet, onderzoek en scherpe focus. ECHT Onderwijs is een opleider en begeleider, die haar eigen instroom werft vanuit andere beroepsgroepen. De kennis en ervaring die zij de aflopen jaren hebben opgedaan, hebben ze vertaald naar verschillende type dienstverlening: werven en matchen, opleiden en begeleiden, behouden en het professionaliseren van onderwijspersoneel. Hoe dit in de praktijk werkt en hoe ECHT Onderwijs tot stand gekomen is besprak Martine tijdens deze Let's Talk Business met Maurits Drenth. In het radioprogramma Let’s Talk Business gaat het uiteraard over de business, maar vooral ook over de persoonlijke visie en de ambities van de hoofdgast.
