It's hard to believe that 2019 is nearly over! We've had a great year on the podcast and we've gotten to talk to some really wonderful guests over the year. This month is no exception! First, we sat down with the 2019 Club Executive of the Year, Tony D'Errico. He shared with us so many pieces of wisdom about his tenure in the club industry, his philosophy on building culture, and the challenges he sees facing the club industry in the future. We're also joined by two of CMAA's newest staff team members. Julie Montross (our new SVP of Business Development) and Christina Krueger (Manager, Member Communities and Student Development) both came on board in November and we are so excited to welcome them to our team.
