Let's Talk: GMG Andr'e L Carter

Andr'e L. Carter is the Owner and Editor of Gospel Synergy Magazine and the Owner and Program Director for Internet Gospel Radio Station Synergy1Radio.  He is known as the Godfather of Gospel Internet Radio.  Andr'e features Independent artists on his Internet Radio Station. Andr'e launched Gospel Synergy Magazine in 1997 by going around Chicago to concerts and recordings interviewing singers, musicians and pastors to feature in his magazine.  His focus was to highlight Chicago Land Gospel Community.  In 2003 Andr'e worked for GospelPower.fm and following the close of the station in 2006; later that year he launched Synergy 1 Radio and transformed his magazine to an Online magazine subscription making it a digital publication.  In 2012 Andr'e received a Stellar Award for Internet Gospel Radio Station of the Year!
