•Willie Hill hails from Durham, NC and has a great history of playing with bands, Shirley Ceasar, Willie Hinton and many, many more and he has some powerful songs to come. Willie attended North Carolina Central University (located inDurham), where he played trumpet in the University's marching band. He began playing guitar as a teenager and soon gravitated to bass guitar, a move which landed him his first band gig, at age 15.He started his own recording studioand record label Joy Records, in 1984.
