Lets talk HR with Megan Saint the founder of Your HR Handled

Emma and I have run a Pet Groomers for 16 years now and have always employed staff. We pulled contracts off the internet and struggled with holidays, policies and generally made it up as we went along. I even tried to write a handbook for our staff. I spent days and day and days writing this thing and never published it! I got so frustrated when ever we called the chamber of commerce HR support line with questions and problems they would ask what our "Handbook" said!!!!
