Men’s Mental Health There are stigmas surrounding mental health in general, and there are also stigmas surrounding men and mental health. Joining me on today’s episode of The Be Ruthless Show is Michael Ceely,  a licensed psychotherapist and owner of Ceely Counseling.  He serves clients  in Florida at Men's Counseling Florida and in Wisconsin at Madison Online Therapy. Michael is passionate about men's mental health. He is the founder of Men’s Therapy Directory, a website dedicated to helping men access counseling resources. Michael is also a former competitive cyclist. During his career, he won two state titles, and twice went to the Olympic Trials. He currently works with athletes through his Elite Mindset Coaching Program.
