Let’s Talk Mental Health!!

In this chat, I introduce my thoughts on Mental Health. This was about why we as a society need to focus, not just on mental health, but on connecting people with those who look, and feel as they do. I talked about how Military, Music, and other aspects together help with our mental empowerment. I also focused on how the Bible, particularly the psalms, and proverbs, both heavily impacted by the father, son duo of Kings David, and Solomon. More specifically, I talked about how these two sections of the sacred text, will seriously impact, my views on mental health.
