All things success… seems a bit daunting, doesn’t it? We read books, watch movies, listen to podcasts, attend seminars, and so much more on the ‘Secret to Success’. How many hours do they sleep at night? What are their daily routines constructed of? We naturally tend to place these so-called ‘successful individuals’ on a pedestal. In doing so, we begin distancing ourselves from the idea that we can actually achieve all of that and more. On this episode of On the Go, Gouri is joined by Debajani Mahji, where they discuss the ups and downs of success, tailoring success for ones’ self, and perhaps even reorienting that journey to a new destination. A little bit on Debajani Mahji: Debajani (DJ), who loves to call herself a problem solver, lives in a world filled with love, compassion, friendship & innovative engineering ideas. As an engineer with more than 18 years of corporate experience, she’s worked for Broadcom, Intel & Texas Instruments providing wireless communication, video graphics & mobile processors solutions. She is a regular contributor to the IEEE engineering forum and a seasoned speaker in many technical conferences across the country. She was nominated as co-chair for Broadcom’s women network where she led more than 300+ women employees to achieve their professional goals. She was also awarded “Broadcom’s Community Hero” for sponsoring 11 young children’s education, food and shelter for more than 13 years(back in India).
