Let's talk with a COVID-19 Bride! Oh~ And Mental health Awareness Month!

If you didn't know it is mental health awareness month! My dear friend Dasle joins me this week to speak about how she applies mental health in her every day life. She also happened to have gotten married during the global health pandemic and explains why it was still a wonderful day!  I don't know anyone who is as intentional with their life as my dear friend Dasle Kim. Whether she is approaching her work, personal life or her faith she is always bringing her all! Through her she reminded me to how to enjoy culture, nature, and have a spirit of adventure!  My only regret is not being able to hit the dance floor with her!  However, patience is a virtue!
