Let's Watch! The Demolitionist (1995)

Acomi and Turk182 turn on their futuristic reanimation machines and look for viable candidates to create their robotic, super cop. But, not having the budget for Robocop, they make the worst thing money can buy, The Demolitionist (1995).  Starring Nicole Eggert (Charles In Charge and Baywatch) as the resurrected, cyborg, zombie cop and Bruce Abbott (Re-Animator) as her... re-animator.  More vigilante than lawful cop, The Demolitionist is set loose on the murderous gang responsible for her death and the death of her highly unlikely, nerdy, boyfriend. But, can even a vengeful, emotional filled, rebellious, robot police enforcer bring down the deadly and chrasamatic Richard Grieco (21 Jump Street)?  The Demolitionist is a clear Robocop ripoff that had the decency, or bad luck, to wait almost 7 years before being made. Copying every beat like Vanilla Ice and Under Pressure, with the exception of "I'd buy that for a dollar!"; which was clearly their mantra. The low budget isn't what kills this movie. It's the budget, casting, and bad dialogue. It would work much better as a satire or spoof, instead of an action movie.  So, take a seat in your pointiest needle laden chair, dose up on age defying nutrients, and go all emo as Acomi and Turk watch The Demolitionist (1995). Acomi and Turk182, along the occasional special guest, provide running commentary of awfulsome movie and TV shows.  The hosts select movies that either one, or both, have never seen.  All jokes and comments are improvised.  NO PREPARED JOKES OR COMMENTS! During recording, the movies are watched at a low volume and with the subtitles on.  Viewers may want to turn subtitles on as well to enhance the viewing experience. So, cue up the audio, ready the movie, and hit play when we say so. Note: This video is the commentary recorded by Acomi and Turk182, and selected screenshots.  It is NOT a viewable copy of the film. The commentary can be enjoyed on its own, but if you want to experience the Let's Watch in all its glory, you'll need your own copy of the movie.
