Welcome to the tweet trends podcast. Hey, what's trending today? Hey, I mean, hey girl And you are tuned in to try it's the quickest way to find out what's trending today It's way in day. Let's get started way in day is an annual celebration And it's not an opportunity for you to give your two cents on whatever the trending topics are that is not the type of way In that we're doing here.

This is a way in where it is time to check how much weight you are putting on this earth Christmas Thanksgiving New Year's those celebrations are all over and now it's time to see what kind of damage you caused over the last couple of months that's all way in day is about the other part of it though is once you figure out what your weight is and Where you are from where you were before then the whole idea is let's get right? How do we get right? How do we move on from here? How do we find some better numbers?

And maybe not so much focusing on the numbers because it's more than a numbers game You have to know how your overall health is but starting with your weight is the perfect way to get the ball rolling By weighing ourselves we can actually encourage ourselves to get started on whatever those fitness ideas routines Maybe even eating plans that we want to change to doing now This will give us a benchmark a starting point So we'll have a number saying all right This is what I laid here and then I made these changes and then I ended up here Right? So it's always good to be able to track your progress and see where you were and then focus on where you're trying to go The question is before you even get on the scale is there a right way to weigh yourself and the answer is yes There is there's always a right way however there's always a but but if you think that getting on the scale is going to trigger any type of anxiety or maybe even in eating disorder Then from here I want you to stop listening and just take it for entertainment purposes only This is not what you want to do if it's going to cause you to be in your head It is going to cause you to have negative self-talk anything That's going to be where you are going to be tearing yourself down because you're beating yourself up over the piece of cake That you ate and what it might do to the number on the scale or just the idea of stepping on the scale to see that number Just has you shaken in the corner Then don't do it find a different way to track your progress, but do not do this So as far as the correct way to go about doing this you want to start by weighing yourself once a week In the mornings do it the same way every time and be consistent with it So you want to do you want to pick a day pick a time you know before you get ready to go to work or whatever and If you're gonna do it without any clothes on do without any clothes on every time because then that way you have a consistent method That you're going about weighing yourself at a particular time and everything so even if you lost water weight overnight By doing it the same time every day you're going to be consistent with your results a friend of mine yesterday was telling me about This program she's getting ready to start it's called 75 hard and I was looking into it and I'm considering it as well It's funny though because they make it sound really simple but yet really complicated hard But not hard at all that it's all about your mindset and if you can master your mind then you can master everything else in your life You can get the numbers on the scale to say what you want them to say you can get into you better physical condition You can do all of this stuff. They don't ask you for a whole lot They don't ask you to do a lot they don't even require you to do a particular eating regimen You have to pick your own but they don't say you have to eat this way You have to eat that way they let you do all of that yourself The only thing is you have to maintain this program for 75 days And if you if you have a cheat day if you mess up and don't do what you're supposed to do each day Then that next day you start back at square one you start back at day one and then you get started on your 75 day program again So if you're interested the name of the podcast is real AF with Andy Fricella And I think that's how he pronounces his last name is f-r-i-s-e-l-l-a And once again the name of the program is 75 hard you might even be able to find it on Social media with the hashtag 75 H-a-r-d Thank you so much for joining me for today's episode You know go ahead and start your routine with the way in if you don't have a scale What are you waiting for go out there and get one bit back and beyond places like that You can get a scale easy and you'd be amazed at some of the things that these skills can tell you you might not want to know at all But they can tell you all so get your scale if you're interested in the program I was talking about 75 hard, you know check it out look it up use the hashtag 75 H-a-r-d while you're out there doing that Definitely check me out at hey event that's at h-e-b-e-t-e-t-e or just look for the hashtag tweet trends and I Can't wait to hear what progress you're making get this weekly thing going if you want to share hey I'm here. I'm your friend share with me I would love to see the progress that you're making all right have a good one and I will see you back here again on Thursday
