Level Up 3/7: If You're Not Running to Win Why Are You Running: #WinItAllWednesday

from Dr. Derek Suite - The SuiteSpot · host Derek H. Suite, M.D.

Send us Fan MailScience Soul Success ✨Be honest—are you running to win or are you just running to say you showed up? 🏃‍♂️On today's Win It All Wednesday episode of the Suite Spot, Dr. Derek Suite is calling out the thing nobody wants to admit. We're scared. Not scared of losing. Scared of giving everything we've got and STILL coming up short. So we hold back. We play it safe. We run at 70% and tell ourselves we're doing our best. But that's not how winners move.1 Corinthians 9:24 says it straight: "Do you not know that in a race all the runners run, but only one gets the prize? Run in such a way as to get the prize." Not run to participate. Not run to look busy. Run to WIN. 🏆Michael Jordan put it like this: "I've missed more than 9,000 shots in my career. I've lost almost 300 games. Twenty-six times I've been trusted to take the game-winning shot and missed. I've failed over and over and over again in my life. And that is why I succeed." MJ didn't hold back because he might miss. He went all in KNOWING he might miss. Here's what most people don't understand: life doesn't get easier. YOU get stronger. The obstacles don't disappear. You get better at moving through them. That's the difference. 💪Steve Harvey says, "Your gift will make room for you." But only if you use it. Only if you go all in. Only if you stop playing small because you're scared of what people will think if you fail.Winners know something the rest of us forget: the obstacles aren't in your way. They ARE the way. Every challenge is teaching you something. Every setback is setting you up. 🔥So here's the question: what race are you running right now where you're holding back?Where are you giving 70% when you've got 100% to give? What are you scared will happen if you actually go all in?Winning isn't always about the big moment. Sometimes it's about showing up every single day with intention. With belief. With everything you've got. 🎯AFFIRMATION: I run to win. I give my all, not because success is guaranteed, but because I refuse to wonder what could have been. I am built for this.STAY AMAZING!!!If you're in a race right now and needed this push, share it with someone running beside you. And subscribe to The Suite Spot—we're going somewhere this week. 🎧#ScienceSoulSuccess #TheSuiteSpot #DerekSuiteMD #WinItAllWednesday #WednesdayWisdom #LevelUp #Winner #AllIn #PersonalGrowth #NewEpisode
