Are they actively helping you to get where you want to be? Are their values aligned with yours? Or, are they contributing to the glass ceiling you keep bumping into as you try to step into your highest self? It is time to level up. Pay attention to your energy and how you feel around your network. Is it an equal exchange? We all have that friend who constantly complains or sucks the life out of the room (harsh, yes - and also true). Is this relationship too taxing on you? The energy opportunity cost here is legit - so let’s make sure you’re curating the right network for who you want to become. Each new chapter of your life will demand a different you.
