Leviticus 12 & 15: For Her And For Him

Leviticus 12 and 15 emphasize ceremonial purification related to everyday bodily functions. These chapters show that impurity isn’t always sinful—it’s often part of normal life. For instance, childbirth requires purification rituals, and bodily discharges make someone ceremonially unclean. While these ceremonial laws are not needed today, they remind us of the larger point: separation from impurity and striving to live holy lives. Jesus broke the barriers that separated us from God, offering full and permanent forgiveness.
