📖 🔥 SHABBAT DAY LESSON Teachers: Kerry & Karen Battle WHAT WE COVER Leviticus 22 establishes condition, boundary, and acceptance concerning what is qodesh. This chapter defines who may approach, what condition is required, and what causes rejection. This is not about general obedience alone. This is about access, handling, and acceptance before Yahuah. Uncleanness and Restriction Leviticus 22:1–9 Those who are unclean are forbidden from approaching qodesh things. Contact with uncleanness removes access until correction is complete. This is not partial restriction. This is full removal from approach. Unauthorized Access Leviticus 22:10–16 No stranger may eat of what is qodesh. Access is restricted to those within the covenant boundary. Handling what is qodesh without authorization is a violation. Belonging defines access. Blemish and Rejection Leviticus 22:17–25 Offerings must be without blemish. What is defective is not accepted. This is not about effort. This is about meeting the standard. To offer what is blemished is to reject what Yahuah requires. Order and Timing Leviticus 22:26–30 Offerings must follow appointed timing and order. What is correct but out of order is not accepted. This establishes that obedience includes timing. Action alone is not sufficient. Obedience and the Name Leviticus 22:31–33 Obedience is required to sanctify Yahuah’s Name. To violate instruction is to profane it. Yahuah establishes Himself as the One who brought Israel out. That authority defines the requirement. WHY THIS MESSAGE MATTERS Leviticus 22 removes confusion about acceptance. Yahuah does not accept what does not meet His condition. This chapter exposes a false assumption:That bringing something is enough. It is not. Condition, wholeness, and order determine acceptance.
