Leviticus 8,9 "A Life of Purpose"

Leviticus 8 and 9 record the consecration of Aaron and his sons as priests before the Lord. They were set apart by God for a specific purpose and called to serve Him according to His will. For believers today, this provides a beautiful picture of how we have been set apart for service. Because of Jesus Christ, our Great High Priest, not only can we go into the presence of God, we can live a life that pleases and brings glory to Him. These chapters remind us that a life of obedience matters. As we faithfully follow God's calling, whether in the Great Commission, our homes, our churches, or our daily vocations, we experience the joy, peace, and purpose that come from pursuing a life of holiness.   A special thank you to my Friend Michael Barnette for the song "All things new" and to my friend Dave Compton for the opening remarks.
