Lewis Clareburt on his time living at altitude at NZCIS in Upper Hutt

Olympic swimmer Lewis Clareburt has spent the past three weeks living at altitude alongside several fellow swimmers. For 21 days, they've stayed in specially-designed altitude apartments set at 3,000 metres above sea level at Upper Hutt's NZCIS facility.
