Lexie Carducci The self proclaimed property fairy godmother talks holding your ground in the industry and the best investment areas in the UK!

Lexie is a Property Finder, Property Developer, Investor and Property Presenter and Content Creator - basically, her whole life revolves around Property! As a Property Finder she works for the people, not the vendors or landlords like an Estate Agent does. She has helped over 600 people find their dream home in London whether they are looking to buy or rent. As a developer, she has a small portfolio of properties in West London and as a presenter and content creator, she has worked with some of the UK’s biggest developers and well-known Estate Agents producing video material as well as speaking and hosting at various awards and exhibitions such as The Ideal Home Show and Grand Designs Live to name a few. Her next project which she has just received planning permission for is to knock down her bungalow in West London and build a house for herself as well as 3 flats she plans to rent out. Lexie’s goal is to make property easy to understand, unintimidating and ultimately FUN! Moving house has consistently been voted the 3rd most stressful life event after death and divorce and Lexie is on a mission to change that!
