Prior to that Coach McDaniel was an Assistant Basketball, Track and Cross-Country Coach at Ensworth School and worked at Orangetheory fitness in her spare time. McDaniel was a Graduate Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach at Carson-Newman University, Strength and Conditioning Coach at D1 Sports Training, and an intern at the University of Georgia. Coach McDaniel has a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Middle Tennessee State and a Strength and Conditioning MBA from Carson- Newman.
