Ley Asks Feds to Block $15B I-5 Bridge Decision

Washington state Rep. John Ley wrote to US Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy on May 26 asking him to deny the Record of Decision for the $15 billion Interstate Bridge replacement project, calling it a textbook case of scope creep and fiscal irresponsibility.
