Family history is important. For centuries people have learned about those who came before them through storytelling. These stories have informed about cultures and traditions, recipes, triumphs, and failures. They have inspired and explained family traits like courage, humor, etc. Every generation has the responsibility to keep stories going. Continue to share your stories, and those you heard growing up. Write them down as a way to continue sharing where we came from, as well as honor and remember those who brought us here.
