A video that has more than 23 million views on YouTube and is still talked about 13 years later here in 2022. A concert moment that captured the attention of not only concert fans but also Ted Talks, entrepreneurs, leadership thought leaders and corporate training teams. It’s a concert moment that back in 2009, intrigued me and got me thinking differently about what inspires and motivates concerts fans to spontaneously start a massive dance party at a major music festival.
