LGBTQ advocacy groups voice ‘grave concerns’ over ID change in letter to Missouri DOR

The GOP-controlled Missouri General Assembly spent recent years focusing on restricting the rights of trans people. That pattern is already repeating for 2025, with multiple pre-filed bills that propose ways to make it harder for trans people to change their gender markers on state-issued IDs.
