Un peu plus de dix ans après l’accord de Paris sur le climat, où en sommes-nous dans la lutte contre le changement climatique ? Dans le sillage de la COP21, en 2015, au cours de laquelle les pays se sont mis d’accord pour essayer de limiter le réchauffement de la planète à 1,5 °C, la fin des années 2010 a été marquée par un élan d’espoir pour le climat. Une décennie plus tard, le constat est amer. En une décennie, le réchauffement climatique d’origine humaine s’est accéléré, et il s’accroît à un rythme sans précédent. L’action climatique semble moins visible tant la gouvernance mondiale est bloquée. Dans certains discours politiques et certaines actions publiques, l’écologie est devenue un bouc émissaire. Comment expliquer ce qui ressemble à un grand renoncement écologique ?
